I primarily use the Internal Family Systems model, which includes guided, experiential exercises to support you in healing wounded parts of yourself. This can include difficult family or relational dynamics, paralyzing anxiety and/or depression, and professional challenges like imposter syndrome.
Finding a therapist who is the right fit can be a daunting task; I am happy to work with you to find out whether I'm the right one for you. Because therapy requires a commitment to one's own healing process, weekly sessions are required to start for at least the first 8-10 weeks of therapy.
