If you or a loved one are seeking clarity and direction around psychological or cognitive concerns, I offer comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults—including in Spanish. My assessments provide in-depth insight into emotional, behavioral, academic, and cognitive functioning to ensure accurate diagnosis, clarify treatment needs, and guide interventions for concerns such as ADHD, autism, learning disorders, cognitive changes from medical conditions, mood/anxiety issues, trauma, and dissociative disorders including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).
I provide Cogmed Working Memory Training for children, teens, and adults as part of my ADHD coaching and cognitive rehabilitation services. This evidence-based program is designed to strengthen attention, working memory, and executive functioning skills—core abilities that support learning, organization, and daily life success.
Cogmed is especially effective for individuals with ADHD who want targeted training to improve focus, reduce distractibility, and enhance mental stamina. It is also a valuable tool for cognitive recovery following traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, cancer-related cognitive changes, & other neurological or medical conditions.
