I strive to truly see and understand the uniqueness of each individual. I believe a foundation of trust and unconditional positive regard are key to growth and flourishing. My therapy interests are anxiety, fear, emotion regulation, ADHD, executive function, stress management, life transitions, identity development, and self-worth. I conduct psychoeducational evaluations and evaluations of cognitive functioning, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive function, and social-emotional-behavioral challenges. I also specialize in school and psychoeducational consultations and accommodation planning.
My treatment approach is eclectic and tailored to an individual and family. I incorporate evidence- and relationship-based treatments to support an individual and their family in attaining goals to improve functioning and quality of life. My approach focuses on the whole person, strengths and values, and comprises acceptance and affirmation.
I work with children, teens, and young adults and their families and schools. I am supportive, non-judgemental, and respectful of a person's identity.
