I specialize in addressing anxiety, difficult thoughts and OCD, perinatal mental health, birth, parent-child interaction, and behavioral disorders. In our work together I often incorporate CBT, exposure response prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based techniques, narrative therapy, solutions-focused therapy, Progressive Muscle Relaxation and guided meditation.
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is paramount and requires a great deal of trust. My priority is connecting in a genuine manner that fosters encouragement, strengths building, and self understanding.
