I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families address their individual concerns and come up with workable solutions. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
I completed my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University and have spent the past 10 years working in a community agency, providing guidance and support to culturally diverse populations. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy (SFT) in my practice.
