About
Psychotherapy is a very personal and emotional experience. I strive to provide a warm, comforting environment where clients feel safe to express their innermost concerns. Together we will explore your relationships and look to identify personal patterns that might be holding you back from attaining your goals. This is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your unique strengths and consider alternatives to help you attain the personal growth you desire.
My areas of expertise include individual, couple and family psychotherapy for relationship issues; anxiety; depression; parenting support; grief; trauma; stress management; adjustment to major medical problems; and career issues. I enjoy working with people from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
When people are considering therapy, often the hardest step is making the first contact. I value the process of choosing a therapist to find the perfect fit. My style of working is relational and I believe that each therapeutic relationship is unique. This means that we will tailor the treatment to fit your needs.
