Overthinking, emotional intensity, or control-based patterns with food, body, or self that leave you feeling overwhelmed by your inner world and longing to feel like yourself again are areas of passion for me as your therapist. I’m here for highly self-aware, deeply feeling adults who are used to holding more than they let others see, and over time may notice that turning into anxiety, depression, shutdown, or a constant sense of trying to get back to “okay.”
I’m especially drawn to those moments where coping strategies, like control, restriction, overthinking, or emotional numbing, start as ways to survive, but eventually begin to feel limiting or painful themselves. What matters most to me is not rushing past those experiences. It’s being with you in them in a way that feels steady and real.
