I also enjoy working with therapists.

My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative, experiential approach that is influenced most by: The STAIR method, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Memory Reconsolidation, Parts Work (internal family systems + blended parts work modalities), Attachment Science, and the work of Brene Brown.
