DBT is a mindfulness based therapy designed to help you develop skills to manage intense emotions, reduce impulsivity and communicate more effectively. This is a skills training workshop with rolling admission that teaches 4 modules of skills: Basics of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance.

This is a DBT skills training group specifically for individuals who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. This group will follow the standard DBT skills curriculum including all four modules while providing a supportive and affirming space for members of the community to learn and grow.
