Hello! My name is Elizabeth Vondemkamp, and I have been delivering therapy services to individuals and families since 2000. I am a generalist practitioner, and enjoy working with adults with a variety of issues and topics. Some of the issues include anxiety, depression, life changes, job and school issues, peer issues, family and friend issues, relationships, women’s issues, grief/loss, self esteem, etc. I am grateful for the opportunity to help empower my clients to make healthy life choices, and be the best they can be. In my free time, I enjoy long walks, watching my kids’ events with my husband, and traveling.
During our first session, we will go over background and history information, reason for treatment, and goals for therapy.
I view therapy as a very collaborative approach, and work to meet people where they are at. I am open to feedback and adjust approaches as needed.
