Anxiety, depression, and reactions in the present may signal unresolved pain from the past. I am an IFS Institute Approved Clinical Consultant, an EMDR Approved Consultant, and an IFS-Informed EMDR trainer. These modalities help heal past trauma and ease inner conflict, so you can enjoy life today.

I often work with therapists and other helpers, helping them cultivate greater self-compassion, prioritize self-care, and explore topics of balance, professional triggers, and the spiritual impact of the work. I also offer Healing Intensives (3 hours to 4 days) for people who want to get to the root of current-day struggles and create change more quickly.

My book - Trusting Your Highly Sensitive Self - is being published by New Harbinger in June 2026. For therapists, I provide clinical consultation, EMDR and IFS consultation, and IFS-Informed EMDR consultation, as well as practice building support. For organizations, I offer trainings and resiliency programming (including laughter yoga).
