As you learn to recognize your skills and power, anxiety and depression often lessen, fears diminish, and you can move forward in your life with increased wisdom, confidence, and hope.
I have extensive experience working with writers, artists, musicians, and performers. I usually work well with people who are in a period of transition in their lives, including career changes, illness, and shifts in relationships and roles. I conduct therapeutic groups, and have expertise in medical issues, spirituality, and grief.
