You’re here because you’re tired of living in the same old patterns; I’m ready to help. Therapy can be a powerful tool in this process by helping you gain insight, support, and confidence to develop new patterns and behaviors. I work collaboratively with individuals to identify the sources of their pain and empower them to resolve them. You're not alone & things can improve. And if you’re wondering if now is the right time, it probably is.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, trauma, and anxiety and clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Every client is different so I tailor my approach to your needs and your personal goals. The primary theoretical orientations that I use are person-centered, DBT, narrative, and existential.
It is my belief that even the hardest and darkest times in our lives can provide the most profound transformations. It is easy to lose sight of who we really are and find ourselves lost. My job is to help you remember the best parts of yourself in an affirming and non-judgmental environment. Everything changes; nothing perishes.
