Hi, I’m Lizz.
If you’re high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside, we may be a good fit.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and attachment patterns, and have additional experience supporting communication challenges, parenting dynamics, and foster and adoptive families. I am trained in Theraplay, Circle of Security, and Gottman therapy, and am an adoption-competent therapist.
