I believe the therapeutic relationship is a crucial vehicle for change. I am deeply empathetic, understanding, and present with my clients in order to build a strong relationship and a safe and supportive environment. I find therapy helpful both for people seeking significant change or healing in their lives or for those seeking a space to process day-to-day stress. I enjoy working with a range of needs including complex trauma, inter-generational trauma, grief, anger and aggression, anxiety, depression, family or parenting issues, and general life transitions.

I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple modalities depending on my client's needs, but I always emphasize a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed framework. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families and also enjoy working with adults individually and as couples.

The thought of building an intimate relationship with a stranger can be daunting. I strive to make the process as painless as possible wherever a person may be starting. I warmly invite you to reach out to set up a first appointment or I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have before beginning the process.
