I specialize in using techniques such as narrative therapy, using storytelling to uncover the narratives that shape who you are, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using techniques of mindfulness to stay present, manage emotions, and enhance self-awareness. I like to use an eclectic style that can blend techniques to best support your individual needs.
