I specialize in supporting women during life transitions. This might be due to welcoming a new child into your home and relationship, life stage (perimenopause /menopause), ending a relationship or a chronic illness. You might be experiencing a sense that you have lost a part of yourself. I hold a dual Masters in Clinical Social Work and Public Health. I have an extensive background in energy psychology, ritual, ceremony practice, as well as, traditional counseling psychology. I approach my work from a very relational and compassionate place and work very collaboratively with all my clients.
I am particularly passionate about women's health and supporting women on the childbearing continuum. I have formal training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, I am also a Certified Innate Postpartum Practitioner with a unique and deep knowledge of women's physiological, biological and hormonal health across the life span.

Monthly Sacred Mom's Circle
This is a monthly circle for all mothers at any stage of the postpartum. During this sacred circle we create space for each other to be fully seen and heard as mothers. We bear witness to every aspect of the mothering journey through story telling, meditation, writing, art and ceremony.
