What is needed to overcome a challenge, or simply find a more joyful way of living, is often someone who can help us look at things from another angle. Whether working to transform your relationship or on a personal growth path, a different perspective can be life-changing. When faced with challenges, it can be hard to know where to turn. This is a new chapter for me - as an educator/artist, I'm now earning a graduate degree in counseling. I understand what it is to navigate change - it can be exciting and scary! I am passionate about supporting others through choice points and transitions to help them create their favorite lives.
My approach is systemic and experiential with couples and individuals. That means we will look at dynamics and patterns, and together we'll explore and try on actions, feelings, beliefs, and strategies to help you consciously shape your life and build the nourishing relationships you want. When we look back, It's to move forward with more joy and purpose.
I value authenticity, kindness, and curiosity. I’m a little swear-y, I believe laughter is healing, and I think humans are magnificent. Stories are special and often sacred - how we tell them, and to whom, matters. Whatever counseling journey you’re on – relational or individual, a big adventure or a quiet re-envisioning - I'd love to travel with you!
