Hello, my name is Elizabeth Teats, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over four years of experience in mental health. As a dedicated military spouse, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families, and I have made it my mission to support active-duty military personnel, veterans, military spouses, and their families. I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, 13 years old and up. My focus lies in helping clients navigate a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment issues, and more.
My goal is to walk alongside my clients on their journey to emotional well-being, empowering them with the tools they need to thrive. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring everyone I work with feels heard, validated, and understood. I am EMDR-trained and a Nationally Certified Counselor.
