My goal is to create a space where together we can untangle the lies you’ve come to believe about yourself after years of mistreatment. I have a particular passion for working with individuals who have experienced abusive relationships or religious trauma.
I use trauma-informed approaches that focus on understanding the dynamics of abuse, rebuilding self-trust, and more.
