My name is Elizabeth Suarez, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Southern California. I work with older adolescents and young adults who may be feeling the impact of stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional dysregulation struggles. I utilize an eclectic and trauma-informed approach to accompany my clients on their journey of healing and growth, helping them develop the tools and perspective they need to better understand themselves and make progress on their goals.
My communication style reflects the warm, welcoming, and supportive space I create for my clients. The environment in our sessions is one of openness and honesty, empathy and respect. It is my hope you feel understood and able to share whatever is most important to you without fear of judgement.
