If you've ever felt like your body stopped feeling like home, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy trying to find their way back to themselves after trauma, loss, shame, or a life that no longer fits. I work with individuals and partners exploring LGBTQ+ identities, kink, polyamory, and consensual non-monogamy, as well as those navigating postpartum depression, perinatal loss, or the lasting impact of religious trauma. Many are seeking deeper relationships with themselves and others, without leaving parts of themselves behind. Therapy can be a place to come home to yourself with more honesty, compassion, and clarity.
I specialize in sex therapy, queer-affirming care, and trauma-informed therapy, with a focus on full-spectrum sexual and reproductive wellness. My work includes postpartum depression, perinatal bereavement, LGBTQ+ identities, kink/BDSM, and polyamory. I integrate parts work (IFS), mindful movement (TCTSY), somatic approaches, and telehealth throughout TN.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or alone. I often say that if you feel like your body was taken away, I want to help give it back. You won’t need to give me a vocab lesson—I know all the letters. My hope is to offer a space where you can feel fully seen, supported, and more at home in yourself.
