As a biracial, African American female psychologist who identifies with the world community, I provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. I believe that mental maintenance is an essential component to life success. Using a client-centered approach, I strive to provide an environment that perpetuates authenticity, presence, and growth. I tend to work with a diverse population of individuals who are age 13 years and above that are navigating experiences of anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and difficult life transitions.
I knew I wanted to be a psychologist since the 2nd grade. I have always been fascinated by the impact of our experiences on the way we perceive and navigate our lives. I'm driven by the healing power of connection and communication. I strive to provide a space for personal learning, growth, and empowerment.
