Adverse Childhood Experiences Group
This group is for those with adverse childhood experiences. There is no better support than those who have experienced it themselves. In this group we workshop current situations and explore how the past shows up in the present, issues like boundaries with families, relationships, anything that may arise. Together this group has cultivated community around their experiences by sharing with and supporting one another while moving forward into lives that help them individuate from their pasts.
