I have approximately 40 years of experience working with individuals and couples in psychotherapy. I am comfortable working with affective disorders, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, substance use disorders and adjustment and life stage issues. I help couples with conflict resolution, improvement of relationships and increased communication.
I use eclectic methods including: CBT and DBT strategies and an attachment focus for couples. I have a particular expertise in multicultural, multi ethnic counseling, Experienced in LGBTQIA+ issues for individual and couples. Therapy available in English and Spanish.
