About
I have worked the past three years as a school psychologist. My typical client is a student or a parent who may be having difficulty either at school or at home. I can help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, special education, learning difficulties, and behavior concerns. However, I also enjoy working with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or general life stress. I can help you capitalize on your strengths to overcome these challenges and lead the life you desire. It's about getting you to where you want to be, and if you're not sure where you want to be, I can help with that too!
My background working in the schools allows me to help families understand how schools work, which can often seem complicated. There are a lot of terms used in schools (RTI, MTSS, IEP, 504, DIBELS) that often aren't explained to caregivers. I can help ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the student is on the right path to educational success.
When you or your child is having difficulties with school or at home, it can cause overwhelming stress and frustration. I am here to help alleviate that through the use of strategies and treatment, such as teaching accommodations for executive function skills or the use of acceptance commitment therapy.
