About
My work as a therapist began with my own search for and exploration of meaning, insight and growth. I work in an organic way so that the unique personality, both conscious and unconscious, of each client can come to the forefront. Oftentimes clients bring dreams, creative work and other material that allows for unknown elements to come into the light of our work together.
Utilizing mindfulness in my psychoanalytically oriented practice creates a warm yet neutral, compassionate and non judgmental environment. My goal is to offer a framework, space and relationship in which my clients can explore themselves, find lasting relief from the symptoms that brought them to therapy and deepen their satisfaction with their lives and relationships.
I work with individuals struggling with a broad range of issues. I invite clients to explore their past, their present and aspects of their personality and experience that tend to be more hidden. Growth in our work together allows my clients a sense of authenticity, flexibility and depth.
