Welcome to my page! My name is Liz and I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are looking to find peace and tranquility in their lives. I build my practice on the foundation that everyone deserves to find happiness and I approach my work with empathy, a sense of humor and a warm-hearted demeanor. My role is to assist you or your teenager in developing the necessary skills and coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges such as anxiety, depression, familial and relationship issues, as well as stress. I understand that parenting a teenager can be quite the journey, and I'm here to provide you with guidance and support along the way.
