I value the client and prioritize the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are at. I strive to ensure each person feels seen and heard, no matter what their needs may entail. I work to keep counseling a space that is laid back, without pressure or expectations, where you are your own expert and I’m on your team to help guide your healing. From stress, to family issues, trauma or mental illness, there is a road to healing. That road may look messy, may feel chaotic at times, but it’s your journey that is my priority to help you walk through thru valleys and peaks of full healing and freedom. Weekend and Day Hours

As a licensed therapist, I work to help reach goals, within a wide range of needs. Rather that is feeling stuck, or you’re facing relationship problems, finding the solution and outcome that is healthy for each individual. Many people have survived traumas and need expertise in processing the experiences that they feel imprisoned to.

My goal is always to provide clients the security that they are safe, valued, heard and seen. I will help provide goals, and skills to reach those goals, through processing and healing in whatever way that is best for each individual. I have found that clients value the accepting space, that is stress free in our sessions.
