Finding a therapist you can trust is paramount. My clients describe me as supportive, empathetic and honest. I tend to speak up more during sessions than many traditional therapists; this is because I’m genuinely curious about how you think and feel. Engaging in a conversation and getting to know your story are the reasons I became a social worker. After working with women for years, I recognize that so many of us are unfairly hard on ourselves and I seek to help empower women in a supportive space.
I have a passion for women's issues, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma.
Change is difficult. Recognizing that you'd like to change behavior patterns and alter your perspective is an essential first step to beginning the work. I appreciate how hard this is to do on your own, which is why I provide a safe space while challenging you to reach your goals. If this sounds like a good fit, I would love to hear from you.
