About
Finding a therapist you can trust can be challenging. My clients describe me as supportive, empathetic and honest. I speak up more during sessions than many traditional therapists because I’m genuinely curious about how you think and feel. Engaging in a conversation and getting to know your story are the reasons I do this work. Many of us benefit from support as we navigate stressful life transitions, explore relationship dynamics, process old wounds and talk about our feelings. The only requirement is that you’re curious to learn more about yourself.
I’m passionate about women's issues; life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma. I love working with college and grad students. After working with women for years, I recognize that so many of are hard on ourselves so I seek to help empower women in a supportive space. I always try to honor each client’s voice and comfort level.
Change is hard. Recognizing that you'd like to change patterns and alter your perspective is an essential first step to beginning the work. I appreciate how difficult this is to do on your own so I provide a safe space and another point of view. If any of this sounds good, I’d love to hear from you!
