I speak up more during sessions than many traditional therapists because I’m genuinely curious about how you think and feel. Engaging in conversations and getting to know you are the reasons I do this work. Everyone needs support as they navigate stressful life transitions, explore relationship dynamics and process old wounds. The only requirement is that you are curious to learn more about yourself.
I love working with women and am passionate about women's issues; life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma. I also enjoy working with college and graduate school students. I recognize that society is hard on women so I seek to help empower people in a supportive space. I always try to honor each client’s voice and comfort level.
