I am a licensed therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of self, purpose, and resilience. I specialize in EMDR and CBT, but I use a blend of evidence-based approache sto support healing in a collaborative and compassionate space.
When I’m not providing therapy, I love spending time with my loved ones, going on long walks with my dog while listening to a great audiobook or true crime podcast, catching live music and concerts of all kinds, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can weather permitting.
I work with adults and teens. I specialize in treatment for those who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, work and relational stress, life transitions, and "feeling stuck." Every individual’s journey is unique. I tailor our sessions to fit your specific needs and goals, blending traditional methods with creative solutions to make therapy resonate with you.
