I’m a licensed professional counselor, a certified addictions counselor, and a person who has been in recovery from major depression for 20 years. Most of my work, with both adults and teenagers, has been with people who survived some trauma, managed as best they could, and are tired of feeling like they’re in the passenger seat in their own lives.

Neurospicy Support Group for Neurodivergent Adults
This Neurospicy Support Group is a virtual therapy group for adults who identify as neurodivergent or are exploring neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and related experiences.
