I am passionate about helping others to reconnect to their essential nature, and to live more fully from a place of inner truth. I view my job as helping you to navigate back to your own Truest self and inner guidance system. I draw from the foundations of Hakomi, somatic awareness, attachment work, and mindfulness based approaches to support you on your journey. I hold a compassionate container where all of the emotions are honored and welcomed, and where we can lean into what is causing distress to mine for inner wisdom. We will use creativity to find new ways of navigating with self and all those we come into contact with.
I integrate the use of mindfulness, Hakomi, Somatic processing, Lifespan Integration Trauma work, and CBT to create the most supportive session uniquely designed for you. Meditation, imagination, creative writing, visual art, and movement are also some of the offerings I draw from. I believe in the power of creating space for reflection and growth!

Women on the Water Process Group
Group Intention: to fire up our collective creative exploration of this beauti-FULL and complex LIFE we all share. This is a gently facilitated group offered to support your process; including the energies of anxiety, depression, self esteem, or self confidence. This is a group for women who are seeking connection and support in community. Group therapy can serve as a wonderful addition to one on one therapy, or as a starting point to the therapeutic journey. The therapeutic group process not only facilitates connection to self and other, it can also expedite healing in a distinctly powerful way. Closed group(with flexibility)
