About
I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, understanding, and compassion. My job as a therapist is to provide a nurturing environment in which adolescents and adults can feel safe exploring and resolving issues and traumas. I work from a strengths based perspective. I offer each client support, understanding, guidance, and empowerment to help them find the hope and the encouragement they need to move towards achieving their goals.
I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker since 2002. I consider myself a generalist in that I work with many issues. Some of my expertise includes couples issues, adolescent issues, grief/loss issues, depression/anxiety issues, PTSD issues, and stress/anger management issues. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.
I am a bilingual therapist.
