My approach to counseling is built on a psychodynamic perspective. This approach aims to shed light on the deeper roots of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I help clients explore the depths of their experiences, enabling them to unravel patterns, gain insight, and foster meaningful change. I also integrate CBT, DBT, EFT, Narrative, & Christian therapy.
I believe everyone has a story worth sharing, and I’d be honored to hear yours! I know it can feel like a big step to call a counselor, but we’ll make it easy.
