Though my process adapts to fit your unique needs, I generally believe in a bottom-up approach that begins by regulating your nervous system and establishing a sense of gut-level safety.

Together, we can work toward releasing trauma stored in the body, limiting beliefs stuck in the mind, and any loss of hope or meaning that may be weighing on your spirit.
