I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University, graduate certificate in applied behavior analysis from Capella University, a license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, an EMDR trained therapist and am able to diagnose ADHD, anxiety and mood related disorders.
I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they learn to navigate the world of social related disorders, anxiety, trauma (including ASD specific trauma) and mood disorders to better understand their neurodiversity. My clientele includes previously diagnosed individuals, as well as, newly diagnosed individuals.
Using psychotherapy and CBT to work on flexibility, rigidity, problem solving, coping strategies, and more I help guide and support my clients through their therapeutic learning. My primary focus is on teens and adults but has over 20+ years of experience providing comprehensive support to all aged individuals.
