I work from the idea that all of our life experiences are opportunities to discover ourselves. The road to peace, health, healing, purpose, meaning, and happiness is learning how to allow and be more of YOU, and less of who you think you should/ need to be. You and I will process your story, get to know your patterns, see what is getting in the way, and ultimately help you feel empowered and inspired.
My number one rule for who I accept as a client-- curiosity. Are you curious about yourself? Do you want to feel better? Are you ready to stop beating yourself up and experience growth? I only see adults (this includes college students).
Change doesn't happen overnight. But it is possible to feel better. I will help you navigate your story so you can start feeling good about yourself and find answers to whatever it is that brought you to this page.
