As humans, we can endure and survive extreme events. After that comes the re-integration into life, work, and relationships. Every so often, it takes professional guidance/calibration to get to the other side of those events. My work and experience as a clinical psychologist specializes in working with first responders, medical professionals, adult traumas, and perinatal mental health issues. I provide confidential, evidence-based professional help to guide folks to psychological wellness. My practice also coordinates care with your current medical providers.
My clinical specialty is treating adults who have experienced trauma in their childhood or more recently as adults. I hold Psychologist Licenses in California, Indiana, WA and Idaho (telehealth). I am a member of the Fire Service Psychology Association and APA's Division 18: Psychologists in Public Service and Division 56: Trauma Psychology.
