Hi, my name is Liz. I love working with children and have extensive experience helping kids who are worried, angry, struggling with ADHD, and/or grief and trauma. I also love working with families and adults who may be experiencing similar symptoms! I've experienced some of those things myself! I use multiple modalities including, but not limited to, expressive arts with trauma focus; cognitive behavioral therapy; dialectical behavioral therapy; solution focused, family, and play therapy to support the development of healthy coping strategies. I believe these coping skills can help you move through difficulties with resilience and empowerment
