The counseling and coaching relationship is special in that it allows me to walk beside and support clients in a safe environment where we are able to explore together what you are struggling with and move towards healing and growth. In our first meeting, I will ask you to share your story, and together we will set goals for what you would like to accomplish in our time together. After that, we'll begin the journey of exploring areas you'd like to work on.
I work with folks of most ages - college students, adults, and couples as well as adolescents and teenagers. I have experience working with anxiety and depression, interpersonal problems, and life transitions. As a Christian, if the client is interested, I am able to offer faith based support as desired.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC #8776) in the state of North Carolina. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC #289261) and a Board Certified Telemental Health Clinician (BC-TMH #349).

We specialize in working with people in transition. Much of our time is spent with college students, young and seasoned professionals and others who find themselves in a season of adjustment to new and challenging circumstances. We offer tele-health and in-person sessions and serve those 14 and older. We provide both individual and couples sessions.
