You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something important has shifted in your life. Perhaps anxiety has made it hard to feel fully present. Maybe a relationship is struggling under the weight of unspoken hurt. Maybe you are navigating a loss- of a person, a role, a version of yourself that you thought you were.
I have 40 years of experience and work with adults who are grieving something or someone, feeling stuck in old patterns, rebuilding your sense of self, or simply trying to feel more like you again, you are welcome here.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — including, Family Systems Theory, CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also work with individuals in polyamorous, open relationships as well as anyone who identifies as cisgender, transgender, nonbinary, or gender-fluid, regardless of sexual orientation.
I believe therapy is a deeply personal journey, and my role is to walk alongside you as a compassionate guide — creating a safe space where you feel seen and heard. Whatever brought you here, you are welcome exactly as you are. Trust and confidentiality is the foundation of everything we do together.
