It's exhausting to navigate life when isolated, facing one stressor after another, depressed or anxious, or trying to recover from a traumatic experience. I work with adult individuals, couples and families to support them navigate life, growth, managing and recovering from a variety of mental health challenges through a holistic and person-centered approach. I'm Elizabeth, I approach therapy knowing the relationship between you and your therapist is most important, and focus on getting to know you as a whole person and cultivating trust. I tailor my approach to each individual, which can include EMDR, gently challenging you when appropriate, psychoeducation, providing resources, and combining other modalities.
While “Trusting the process” of therapy and applying it to your day-to-day can be challenging, you can feel empowered to live the way you want and learn to manage the harder things.
