We KNOW what to do but so many of us can't stick to it. If you have tried therapy and it feels like something is still missing- it's time to try a different type of therapy. I specialize in working with: “Things look great on the outside but I feel like a mess on the inside,” Struggling self-worth, low confidence, chronic shame, self-criticism, and "What is my purpose?" My desire is to help you return to your natural state of aliveness, presence, and inner clarity. My clinical background includes working in private practice, addiction treatment and psychiatric hospital facilities with a primary focus on relational depth and agency. I use a cutting-edge and compassionate approach called NARM (NeuroAffectiveRelationalModel) in which I have been trained at the master level.

Sessions are available both in person in Franklin, TN and via secure telehealth throughout the state of Tennessee. This is a space of real change for those who are dedicated to seeking purpose and authenticity in regular sessions. From there, rather than exploring external events or analyzing the past in depth, we explore how the client relates to themselves in the present moment.
