Change is a process but taking this journey with someone, in a safe and non-judgmental space, allows for the mind to start the healing process.
I am a LCMHC with 8 years’ experience. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with young adults and adults ages 18 and up. My goal of counseling is to help individuals develop healthier versions of themselves and to move past these feeling of being stuck and start growing.
Therapy should be a safe place for self-expression, exploration of feelings and a place to learn more about yourself. I look forward to connecting and helping you on your journey to healing!
