Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor, and I truly believe that everyone has the strength to face life’s challenges, even when it doesn’t feel that way. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming like a puzzle that’s hard to piece together, but you don’t have to work through it alone. One of my favorite authors once wrote, “you do not yield,” I hold onto that as a reminder of the resilience we all carry, even in our toughest seasons. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you or your child can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll take steps toward healing, hope, and lasting growth.
I studied Psychology at UT Arlington and earned my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. Now, as I work toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), my mission is to help kids feel safe, understood, and supported giving them space to express themselves and gently grow through life’s challenges.
