Hi there! I’m Elizabeth, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I get that life can sometimes feel like a tough puzzle—whether it’s facing challenges, feeling stuck, or just not knowing where to start. One of my favorite authors once said, “you do not yield,” and that phrase reminds me of the resilience we all carry, even in life’s hardest moments. My goal is to create a space where you or your child can feel safe, understood, and free to work through whatever’s weighing you down. Together, we’ll move toward healing and growth.
I studied Psychology at UT Arlington and went on to earn my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I’m currently working towards my Registered Play Therapist certification.Through child-centered play therapy, I help kids navigate their emotions and challenges in a in a way that feels natural and supportive for them.
As a proud first-generation Mexican immigrant, I’m especially passionate about serving the LatinX community. I love creating a culturally sensitive and welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, heard, supported and valued for who they are.
