Hi, I am Elizabeth! I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Sometimes life is hard, we’re faced with some obstacles, we’re feeling stuck, or sometimes we just don’t even know where to begin. One of my favorite authors would say, "you do not yield", which to me represents strength in the face of tough situations faced in the journey of life. My passion and commitment as a counselor is to provide a safe and trusting environment where you can be yourself and work through any obstacles from life in order to move towards healing.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UT Arlington and my Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I am currently working on my Registered Play Therapist certification and am passionate with working with kiddos under ten where I provide child-centered play therapy.
My goal for sessions is for you to feel heard, validated, and safe to process through any stressors or events from your life.
