Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy is a brave first step toward getting support. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, self-doubt, identity questions, or the demands of daily life, you’re not alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I work with young adults through mid-life navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in a decolonizing, anti-pathologizing lens.
I don’t view you as broken—your emotions and behaviors are meaningful responses to your experiences. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and use a holistic, eclectic approach tailored to each client. I integrate evidence-based practices—including CBT, REBT, and mindfulness—to support your growth.
