I am currently licensed in Texas and Connecticut. I help women navigating the complexities of family issues, specifically around grief and loss, estrangement, divorce. These challenges can cause identity crises, financial issues, increased stress, strained family relationships, which can show up in several ways. It can become easy to isolate yourself, have difficulty concentrating at work or school, increase guilt and self blame, or anxiety. My clients tend to want to understand what's happening, but also want to know there is a way out...which there always is!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and author. I focus on stress/trauma, family systems and relationships. I help clients change they way they interact with others and themselves. I focus on education, skills and tools. I also have a coaching program for post divorce women to get off the emotional rollercoaster and live for themselves.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important pieces of the counseling relationship. Perhaps you've kept something hidden and have feared sharing it.
