As a licensed clinical social worker I have had the pleasure of working in cities across the United States with a wide range of individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
I work with individuals 18 and older and my areas of special interest include anxiety, OCD, and climate-conscious therapy (support for anxiety/distress about our changing ecosystem). I enjoying helping individuals expand self-trust and ground to personal values in order live a fulfilling life.
